I have been banned from useing Skillz app for no reason or a made up reason . I played a couple of matches then I went to talk to my mother and when I tried to get back in to start playing again I notice I have been banned and I have an email from Karen telling me I am not allowed to use skillz app ever again . Theres suspended my account for no reason after I deposited $20 and played $20 with the games and havent refunded me any of my money back from the games that they wont allow me to complete with so I made a separate account because this is the main game company I play through I deposited $12 to just play I dont give a *** about the wings. I just played a play OK really I spend hundreds of dollars a month with this *** game just because it keeps my brain busy and then they suspend my account with $20 in it wont give me my money and now the number that supposed to be available to them is unavailable and I cant get a hold of anybody and now I cant even login to contact customer support under my account .

I cashed out $23' and they never have paid me they write me the same email every week telling me they are escalating my pay and will get back to me in 2 to 3 business days and never do . I believe them to be a fraud fro all the money I sent them over the years there's no reason why they can't pay me the $23'i won . I want my money and if I have to I'll go back from the first day I sent them and have my bank dispute every charge from them and take all the money I ever sent to play their games . my husband passed away in february 2023 and i am trying to recover the money from his account.,his account showed he had about $150.00. when i asked for the money they told me there was about $40 and they would reimburse me through paypal. they have not. i have asked repeatedly why they say there is only $40 when his account showed $150. they never answer. now theyre telling me there is no money.

It's going on month 3 they still haven't paid me my $23 they send the two messages to me over and over with a different first name only on the emails they ripped me off and are nothing but a fraud

It's been two months since I requested a cash out of $23 and every time I send an email inquiring they always say they will get back with me in 1 to 2 business days and never do . I signed up for their e-pay through bill and still have not been paid I have spent loads of money over the years with them and this is how they do me on my first cash out just give me a run-a-round every week

I spent a total of $57 that is needed for something far more important than games. I have no intention of playing any more of your games that pay money will be going into the player's account. The $57 must be returned to my account immediately and any banking information given on my part to be deleted immediately after!
